Founding Vision
Great musical storytelling shouldn’t depend on where you live, what theater tickets cost, or whether you can travel to a venue. Shadow Glass Theater creates original musicals designed to be experienced wherever you are through sound, story, music and imagination.
We aren't trying to replace the theater; we are expanding its reach.
Meet the Creators:
Wendy Mendez — Founder & Artistic Director
Wendy is the heart of every project, developing the core themes and emotional arcs. She oversees the production from the first lyric to the final sound mix.
Angus Blackthorne — Dramaturgical Lead
Angus structures our narratives, ensuring that every song serves the plot and every character finds their voice in a cohesive story arc.
Â
Claude Duvall — Musical Co-Creator
Claude shapes the sonic atmosphere, bridging the gap between the score and the story to create a truly theatrical listening environment.
The theater is no longer a building; it is wherever you press play.
